Incontro Ecologico

Short description:
"Incontro Ecologico" is a bilateral exchange between italian and french youngsters organized in Perugia, central Italy, from 30 October to 5 November 2007.
We spent a week in a beautiful country house hiking around, picking olives, visiting environmental education center and especially controlling water consumption.
All the activities have been based on the principle of "learning by doing".

ACTIVE FAMILIES FOR A BETTER EUROPEAN AWARENESS (IT)

Short description:
A project lead by the Italian NGO LEGAMBIENTE aiming at raising awareness on the safeguarding of the environment amongst European families with children and at stimulating an active participation.
The main tool is the cultural exchange between different generations of citizens from member States and from candidate countries of the European Union.
